Un nou studiu, apărut pe 8 Ianuarie �n jurnalul PLoS Biology, a reuşit să identifice care sunt cele mai sănătoase obiceiuri: mişcarea, băutul moderat al alcolului, fructele şi nefumatul.

Studiul a fost condus de Kay-Tee Khaw de la Universitatea din Cambridge, pe un grup de 20000 adulţi englezi. Aceştia au completat formulare după 1993, raport�nd starea sănătăţii lor. După un studiu statistic asupra grupului, mediind pe 11 ani, dr.
